This spacious loft apartment (85m2) with high beamed ceilings offers an amazing view over the Caribbean Sea with plenty of privacy. The large ocean view balcony with lots of shadow and always a cool sea breeze, is equipped with a dining table and a comfortable lounge area.
The apartment has a complete kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, oven, smoothie blender, a large refrigerator/freezer with ice machine and a luxury Nespresso Machine (capsules are available for a small fee). Also a sound system with I-pod connection, Smart-TV, a hammock and a BBQ are available.
The bedroom area is furnished with a comfortable king size bed (upon request we can also provide two separate beds). Open the sliding doors, to fall asleep with the sound of the sea while cooling down your bed with the innovative airco system Evening Breeze*. The spacious en suite bathroom has a rain shower with ocean view, double sinks, hair dryer and large mirrors.
The Ocean View Loft is suitable for 2 persons. Would you like to stay with more people? A second apartment on the same floor of the building can be added (if available). The apartment is located on the upper level of PM78 (2 stairs, we help you with the luggage!), from which you can enjoy the spectacular view over the ocean right from your large balcony. The sight of passing cruise ships, sailboats, small fishing boats and yachts never gets boring. If you are lucky you might even see some dolphins! A unique view right in the city center of Curaçao.
PM78 is located near the popular Sea Aquarium Beach and the bustling city center of Punda with many shops, museums and the famous Queen Emma Pontoon Bridge.
Luxury hamam beach towels, a cool box and beach bag are available for you, to enjoy a relaxed day at the beach (try the beautiful Cas Abao Beach).
You have free entrance at City Beach next door, with sandy oceanfront beach, free WiFi, free sun beds, but mandatory drinks.

Evening Breeze*
The Evening Breeze creates the perfect sleeping climate. The subtle flow of fresh air allows you to sleep comfortably cool in silence under a design canopy. Since the cooling is concentrated on the bed area, air-tight insulation of the apartment is not necessary allowing you to open up a window or a door.
As you turn on the Evening Breeze system the intelligent climate control will choose the perfect temperature based on the environment temperature and the sleeper’s preference. The temperature is monitored throughout the night, guaranteeing the perfect sleeping climate all night long.
This system is environmentally friendly due to using 60% less energy when compared to a conventional air conditioning system.
