Take a delightful walk through Pietermaai, the bustling district where PM78 is located, via Punda to the world-famous floating bridge. You walk through Punda, the old city center, and arrive at the Emma Bridge via cozy streets full of art galleries, terraces, and souvenirs. Also known as the floating bridge. Through this bridge, you enter Otrabanda, a beautiful district that you must explore.

Visit the beautiful beaches of Curaçao: they come in all shapes and sizes. From busy to less busy, from local to tourist, from basic to organized. There are many of them, and there's always one that appeals to you more than others. Nearby you have Mambo Beach, a complete boulevard with shops, bars, and restaurants. But you can also choose to lie on the beach at Avila Beach or the local beach at Marie Pompoen. We can't choose, that's up to you.

And of course, you can snorkel and dive perfectly everywhere here! And that's what our neighbors specialize in: giving diving lessons. Walk in and ask for information. Because the underwater world is even more beautiful than above.

If you have rented a car, you can of course explore the island and see everything Curaçao has to offer. Every day of the week, there is a beach party or happy hour somewhere. So you can decide for yourself whether you want to mingle with the partygoers or seek peace and quiet.

Stroll along the floating market, within walking distance of PM78. A daily fruit and vegetable market. This fruit market has been around for over 100 years and is part of the beautiful center of Punda.

A few buildings to the left of PM78, enjoy lunch, dinner, or a delicious cocktail with your feet in the sand and a stunning view.

La Reina

Our neighbors, where you can enjoy a delicious coffee with a homemade treat. Have lunch indoors or on the terrace while you browse the shop in the back.

Saint Tropez

Next to Heeren at Sea is this beautiful club. You can go there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and in the evening, this bar transforms into a club. It’s especially a hotspot on Friday nights.

Nieuwestraat

In Nieuwestraat, across from PM78, there are so many restaurants and bars that you can discover something new every day. The famous Mundo Bizarro with its live salsa band, restaurant Ginger, Tiki Loco—a cozy cocktail bar with a large terrace—and many others. It's worth strolling through in the evenings to immerse yourself in the Caribbean atmosphere.

Penstraat

If you walk the other way, you'll reach Penstraat. Past Saint Tropez, on the left side, you'll find a square full of restaurants. Rozendaels, Mosa/Caña, Sal The Kitchen, Soi95, Fish & Joy, BKLYN, and many others. They are all really worth a visit. If you want a truly luxurious lunch or dinner, go a bit further down the street and book a table at restaurant Nultwintig or the exotic Baoase.

Willemstad

Of course, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area that we haven't mentioned, but Willemstad is compact and safe. You can walk everywhere and discover everything. Don't forget Otrabanda on the other side of the bridge. De Gouverneur and a bit further away, “Maira’s Kitchen” are highly recommended.
